 The HELP FOR HEROES CHARITY FUNDRAISER Raised £152.08 in the eBay Auction via Emma Evans Gallery, Thankyou to all those who placed a bid

I donated the Imperial war Museum by night Painting by auction through Emma Evans Art Gallery on eBay to raise funds for Help for Heroes Charity, a charity that helps war veterans who are struggling and living with life changing injuries both physical and Mental.

The Painting and story depict a calm and peaceful scene at Salford Quays Imperial War Museum by night with a reminder that Wars are raging around the world today and to give a thought that peace is hard won.

My Dad was an RAF man, he was shot through the kneecap in the Cypriot uprisings in 1974, his best mate paddy died by his side. he was a peacekeeper defending Peace, freedom and democracy. 

In the UK we have benefited from peace since the end of the 2nd world War. If it wasn’t for the bravery of people of all races colours and creeds that helped the allied forces defeat the tyrannical powers and ongoing conflicts around the world today. we wouldn’t have had peace for so long. 

So, Thankyou to the winner of the Auction of help War veterans of the past present and future who have fought for Peace, freedom and democracy and who paid the ultimate price through their injuries both physical and mental.
